Job Purpose: Operations Coordinator 1 will be responsible for ensuring that the primary revenue source generated by Kenson is accurately accounted for, and for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with all stakeholders. The coordinator achieves these objectives by working independently in the field overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and ensuring that clients’ needs are met. |

Role Specific Key Performance Indicators – Key Metrics:- Achieve monthly revenue projects through data accuracy of time tickets
- Prepare and submit reports e.g. payroll and invoicing, by the 5th working day of each month
- Positive customer relations through inter alia, weekly site visits at a minimum
- 100% adherence to terms and conditions of contracts
- Client issues under contract addressed within times stipulated in the contract.

Role Specific Work Processes and Standards:1. Technical Skills- Proficiency in using operational software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel :{Pivot tables and PowerBi}) and scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with industry-specific systems (e.g., Jobutrax, SAP, Maximo, or similar tools) for inventory and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE practices and regulations, including PPE requirements and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience:- Minimum requirement of a National Technician Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation crafts and 5 O’levels including Mathematics and English
- Minimum 5 Years’ Work Experience in a Supervisory position, preferably in the oil and gas, energy or industrial services sector.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite) Excel Spreadsheet desirable
- Proven experience in supervising/coordinating/ planning field operations and liaising with clients and employees
- A suitable combination of education, experience and training may be considered.
